Moving Forward
Hey all. I'm so happy to see that even though I haven't been super active in the last year, people still come by and like what I do. It really warms my heart to see the love. I'm sorry if you've favourited or commented and I might not've responded. My brain is putting out mental fires every day still, so it's not because I don't notice or don't care. So thank you, to everyone who's stuck with me this long and want to see more! I've come to a few decisions in my life, one of which is moving and putting a lot more focus in finding a career that utilizes my creativity and energy. Customer-service has destroyed a good portion of my soul, and I'm going to do my utmost to get away from that and into almost anything else, just to give me that change of pace, maybe something uplifting even - and well, it's one step at time right? Move, new job, new art. But where is all this new art? Right? I promise, it's coming. And it's going to be posted to a new page, which I hope you all follow me
Embracing Traditional and Digital
So, after finishing my SickleClaw contest piece, I've picked up my cheap acrylics and canvases and tried my hand at some abstract painting. Going to keep working on that and post what I like as it comes. But though I just spent a chunk of cash on traditional materials, I'm far from abandoning my digital works. I have an entire white board still of ideas to get done, and the ideas really don't stop ^^; So it's time to pick away at the list, one by one. I'll also be posting some fanart this year (I hope), and some inspired designs I'll be linking with RedBubble and Society6 - so stay tuned!
But my updates aside, I hope everyone is looking forw
What a Big Year...
So, every year it's the 'new year, new me' bs, ya? Well I don't know about a 'new' me, but there will be a 'tired' me at the end of it. xD I have an entire white board FULL of projects for me to work on - 1/3 are personal and highly detailed, 1/3 is a business project with a friend (details revealed as we finish final designs), and the rest are design related. Most of it is digital, some of it craftsy, and omgosh, I'm hitting up acrylic on canvas again! -gasp!-
So for those who've been following me, thank you so much for your continued support! I hope you love my future updates as much as I will!
